Among the food allergies I have, the sweet corn & cornflour is one of the most annoying.
You have no idea how much the corn starch is used, not to mention that I can’t have any polenta at all 😭
So I worked out a way to make a corn-free polenta by using cauliflower. That’s the result:
You can’t spot the difference can you? You would never say it’s a corn-free polenta. Although you can’t feel the corn, it tasted delicious! 😋🍽 Happy Pinner!
