La torcia olimpica arriva in UK! / UK, here comes the Olympic torch!

He belongs to sea, but he doesn't dislike Olympic flame too

Buona visione!

While I’m writing this post, the Olympic Torch is already running through the UK.
The first English torchbearer is Ben Ainslie, a sailing hero: he won gold medals at Sydney 2000, Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008. He’s quite invincible, so I hope the torch could take his value and keep its journey with the right spirit :)

The torch has started its 70-day trip all around the UK thanks to a huge, traditional relay which will involve 8,000 bearer. It’s a lot of people, dont’ you know?

If you missed it, enjoy the lighting ceremony of the Olympic flame in Olympia happened last May 10th. I watched it live, this is a brief video, sorry for the italian commentary I guess you probably don’t understand :)
